Known issues

WTFast will NOT work properly if you are running a VPN at the same time. If you have a VPN, please make sure it is closed while you are using WTFast

  • It is known that in some cases we’ve seen slow response from the WTFast software after a restart of the WTFast software or after router reboot (that causes the WTFast software to restart as well)

  • Please consider waiting 1-2 min after restart before trying to make any operation in the WebApp or the Control page
