Known issues

WTFast will NOT work properly if you are running a VPN at the same time. If you have a VPN, please make sure it is closed while you are using WTFast

It is known that in some cases we’ve seen slow response from the WTFast software after a restart of the WTFast software or after router reboot (that causes the WTFast software to restart as well)
Please consider waiting 1-2 min after restart before trying to make any operation in the WebApp or the Control page

Sometimes after you’ve updated the router firmware the router won’t be recognized in the Web App (boost.wtfast.com) as online.
To resolve this please go to http://mywifi.mercku.tech/wtfast/ and reauthenticate the router with your account in the web app.
